In 2021 I used AC Heating and Plumbing to rip out the tired bathroom completely, and turn it into a wet room. Andy and his team did a brilliant job. Because I was out of the country much of the time, I gave them the keys to my flat, and let them get on with it. They catch me updated with all the work, taking pictures and sending videos of the progress. Everything was spot-on. When I bought a new flat in September last year, I was straight onto the phone to them again. This was a bigger job, ripping out a larger bathroom and turning it into a wet room again, and laying the groundwork for replacing the kitchen. This included installing the water and electrics, and knocking down a stud wall and ceiling area to free up more space. Again, Andy's team was fast and got the job done. This included ripping up the old bathroom floor, sealing the room, laying underfloor heating, installing floor and wall tiles, installing an extractor fan and outside vent, skimming the walls and ceiling, and installing loo, sink, tap shower etc. They also built an MDF storage cupboard. Very happy with all of it. They were a couple of minor snags, as there always are, but Andy was happy to come back in person and fix them as soon as he could. He stuck to his quote but we amended (both up and down) as our demands changed slightly, so all was great on the score. Will use again.

I highly recommend Andy and his team at AC Heating and plumbing. We recently underwent a full bathroom renovation and we could not be happier. I was impressed from the beginning with how they protected our home from as much mess as possible and how quickly they got the messier parts of the job done as we had some walls knocked through. They were on time and worked so hard everyday. Every trade was organised perfectly so there were no delays in the renovation. Each person that came to our home was polite, hard working and communicative. Andy came round multiple times after the completion to check any minor snags and to check we were happy. Andy provided a thorough quote to replace a 25+ year old boiler with a combi. He took the time to explain the detail of the job and answered every question we threw at him! Andy did the most thorough condensing boiler service I have ever seen. He took everything apart, cleaned and replaced parts when needed and did not cut a single corner. In fact he found a couple of small issues that were neglected by the previous installers/servicers. I really recommend him for boiler servicing.

Andy and his team had a difficult job of replacing our very old and badly fitted bathroom but they were up for the challenge and he has transformed the space! Andy was responsive, professional and understanding of our needs throughout. He and his team fitted the bath & sink to a high standard including sorting out some of the old pipe work behind the toilet. The tiling was also perfect and advice was proved throughout on what would look best with the space we had. The flat was always tidied up at the end of then day which we really appreciated and the rubbish was taken away in a timely manner. We would thoroughly recommend AC heating & plumbing and will be looking to them to assist in any future projects we might undertake.

AC Heating and Plumbing Solutions Ltd attended to a faulty combi boiler we have had trouble with for years, instead of just suggesting a new boiler they repaired it and kept it going till one day it finally gave up and they supplied and fitted a new boiler in a short space of time, the team were tidy, on time and very polite and certainly new there stuff on technical matters. I will be recommending AC plumbing and heating to anyone that needs any plumbing or heating done.
